1. Who these Terms are with
These Terms are between you and GSV Ε.Ε., a company registered in Greece (Γ.Ε.ΜΗ. 195567003000), operator of MindMatch Origins. Contact: contact@mindmatch-origins.com

2. Private beta
MindMatch Origins is currently a private beta. Features may change, fail, be paused or be removed. Beta access may be limited or ended.
The current private beta is free unless you are clearly told otherwise before using a paid feature.
3. Age
You must be at least 18 years old.
4. What Origins is — and is not
Origins is an AI-guided personal-reflection product.
It is not therapy, medical/psychological treatment, diagnosis, professional legal/medical/mental-health advice, or an emergency/crisis service.
AI-generated questions/readings may be incomplete, inaccurate, overconfident or wrong. Use output as material for reflection, not a factual verdict about you or another person.
If you are in immediate danger or considering harming yourself or someone else, use appropriate emergency/crisis services instead of relying on Origins.
5. Your choices and your content
You decide what to share. Do not submit information you do not have the right to provide.
Because relationships involve other people, avoid unnecessary names, addresses, contact details or other identifying information about third parties.
You retain your rights in content you submit. You give us only the limited permission needed to process it to operate Origins, generate your reading, secure the service, provide requested resume functionality and run the beta as described in the Privacy Notice.
We do not obtain ownership of your personal story.
6. AI providers
Origins uses third-party AI/infrastructure providers described in the Privacy Notice.
7. Acceptable use
Do not use Origins to:
- break the law;
- threaten, harass, exploit or impersonate another person;
- upload malicious code or attack the service;
- obtain another user’s session/resume token;
- abuse the service in a way that harms users/infrastructure.
8. Resume links
A resume link may provide access to your session. Treat it like a private credential. Do not forward it unless you intend to give the recipient access.
9. Feedback
If you submit beta feedback, you allow us to use it to improve/change/decide whether to continue the product. This does not give us ownership of your underlying Origins conversation or personal story.
10. Availability and changes
We may update the beta, impose reasonable limits, suspend a feature for security/reliability, or end the beta.
Where practical, we will avoid changes that unexpectedly remove access to personal data without giving users a reasonable opportunity to retrieve/delete it.
11. Intellectual property
The MindMatch Origins product, visual design, software, brand and non-user-generated materials belong to GSV Ε.Ε. or its licensors.
12. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the beta is provided on an “as available” basis and we do not promise uninterrupted/error-free operation or fitness for a particular purpose.
Nothing excludes rights/remedies that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections.
13. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GSV Ε.Ε. is not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses resulting from reliance on AI-generated interpretations.
Nothing limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.
14. Privacy and deletion
The Privacy Notice explains personal-data processing. You can permanently delete your Origins data through the product.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece, without taking away mandatory consumer protections applicable to you.
16. Changes
The beta may evolve quickly. If a material change affects existing users, we will make reasonable efforts to bring it to their attention.
